Additional food will be available for purchase from Billy's Burgers. If you're planning to have dinner afterward, we recommend making reservations in advance.

Our ceremony will be a private, family-only celebration. That evening, we'll gather with everyone at The Cloudveil rooftop for a seated dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing under the stars.

Our room block at The Virginian is fully booked. Guests are welcome to book directly with the hotel. If you plan to stay there, please let us know—we’ll be in touch if any rooms open up within our block.
July is peak season in Jackson, so we recommend planning transportation in advance whenever possible.
Rental Cars
If you'd like the flexibility to explore Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, and the surrounding area, renting a car is a great option. However, rental cars can sell out months in advance during the summer season, so we encourage you to book early.
Uber & Lyft
Ride-share services are available throughout Jackson and are a convenient option for getting around town. Availability can vary during busy periods, so allow a little extra time when requesting a ride.
START Bus
Jackson's public transportation system, the START Bus, is an affordable and easy way to get around town. Routes connect many of the area's hotels, neighborhoods, and popular attractions.
Our reception will be held at The Cloudveil, located in the heart of Jackson Town Square.
For guests staying at The Virginian Lodge, The Cloudveil is approximately: 1.5 miles away / 5-minute drive / 25–30 minute walk
To make transportation easy, we will provide a complimentary shuttle service on the wedding day. The shuttle will make two pickup trips from The Virginian Lodge to The Cloudveil before the ceremony and two return trips back to The Virginian at the end of the evening.
A detailed shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.
